When the world went home --

Nobody needed nipple covers while they were home in sweats. So I got certified as a business coach as well as a certification to assist people in the release of subconscious negative emotions.

This journal came into being because I struggled with invisible blocks that tseemed challenge me at every turn. When I met with my coach, she asked me to describe the emotion in the form of a word or a short phrase. My response -- a Big Blob. Through a brief FIX Code Session, I released the "Blob."

This enabled me to more forward. This Journal gives you space to examine the Emotional Blocks holding you back.
